Siobhan O'Donnell

 Graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Drexel University in Philadelphia. After graduation, relocated to New York City to join forces with a pioneering  developer on a Warehouse/Condo conversion.  The project was located on the lower Broadway corridor in the NYC neighborhood that had recently been dubbed, “TriBeCa”, short for “Triangular shaped Neighborhood Below Canal" Street, and is now acknowledged as one of the most sought after locations in Manhattan.  Early participants and clients enjoyed major postive appreciation in values and displayed Siobhan's natural sense for the real estate business.  Upon completion of the construction, Siobhan began a highly successful sales career in the financial services industry, while running a boutique B&B steps from the famous Guggenheim Museum.  Formed the successful charles james real estate brokerage, which has provided the highest quality residential and commercial real estate service in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas since 2005.
